Please
note:
Linen, towels, electricity, laundry facilities and full central
heating are provided and included in price. Reservations taken
usually Saturday to Saturday although also available weekly
starting any day of the week.
Reservations
also for less than 7 nights by negotiation using above (2
person) daily rates as a guide.
Arrival
from 2pm and departure by 11.00am.
Pets
can be accommodated but only by prior arrangement. Dogs £2/day.
In
accordance with recent legislation, smoking is prohibited
within premises.
Payments:
To
secure booking, a deposit of £100 will be required within
two weeks of confirmation of booking. The balance may be paid
on arrival.
Should
you require to cancel, deposit will be repaid, less £20,
if notification of cancellation is received no less than forty
days before arrival date.
Deposit
payment by cheque, postal order or bank transfer please.
